Visit with physicians and therapists – at appointments or an impromptu visit to just say hi
Join a Book Club, Game Group, etc. (preferably in person when possible, but virtual is also an option)
Day trips to visit friends and family out of the area
Overnight or more extended vacations
Dinner out at a restaurant
Sample local wine along a regional wine trail
Movie theater and concerts
Mini-golf, corn maze, etc.
Sports events: pro, local, or your alma mater
Pick apples and berries
Make apple pies & sauce, tomato sauce, and pepper relish

Do holiday decorations and pass out Halloween candy
Cut down the perfect Christmas tree, decorate, and add presents
