Advocate & Promote Stroke Awareness, Education, and Support 

• Our Mission is to improve the lives of stroke survivors and their caregivers by providing education, support, and advocacy services. 

• Each meeting is usually a mix of socialization, support, and education regarding stroke.  

• WHEN: The last Monday of each month (except holidays) 4:00-5:00 pm

• WHERE: The Glens Falls Hospital Community Learning Center, 100 Park Street, Glens Falls, New York 12801
