Key Caregiver Support Services
Support Groups: A monthly Caregiver Support Group meets monthly
Memory Café: Facilitated by the Alzheimer's Association of Northeastern NY, this meets on the first Friday of the month to provide a supportive, social environment for caregivers and loved ones with memory loss.
Respite Services: The "Community Connections" program offers volunteers who can provide respite, allowing caregivers a break.
Educational Support: Programs include "courageous conversations" on caregiving, coping strategies, and specialized training.
"Senior Life Transitions" Team: Offers support for seniors with serious illnesses, focusing on helping them remain in their homes, which aids family caregivers
